Weakness To Strength: Mistakes

There comes a point in our life, when we must actually learn from our mistakes. We sometimes cover up our mistakes by saying things such as, you live and you learn.. but without actually learning anything.
If we’re continuously making the same mistakes over and over again, what have we really learnt?

We can not allow our past failures to dissipate in vain.

To learn we must actively process our mistakes, as to understand why they occurred in the first place. We can not just continue as if nothing has happened and expect a different outcome the next time.

If nothing has changed, if we haven’t effectively analysed the mistake.. we shouldn’t be surprised when we repeat them.
These mistakes/undesirable actions will keep happening until they’ve been addressed, it’s only then you should move on.

I’ve made a few of the same mistakes repeatedly, at the time I didn’t understand why.. It’s as if subconsciously I refused to deal with them. It was much easier to find an excuse, brush it off and move on. I look back, I think I was afraid of what I’d find. I wasn’t ready to face the truth.

The truth is you will make those same mistakes again.

Act now, why must we wait until breaking point?
Dig deep, you will be surprised what you find.

Analysing our mistakes allows us to learn from them. Analyse and then move on. The learning process never stops.
