What is detox? Detox is cleansing from toxic unhealthy substances, abstinence a purification process.
We find time to detox our body, but what about our minds? Everyday our minds are subconsciously filled with toxic substances from things such as tv, music, constant internet scrolling or our negative thoughts. The same way we detox our bodies we must make time to detox our minds.
A healthy body is nothing without a healthy mind. We take our mental wellbeing for granted at times, as if good mental health is just a given. It’s not, put as much care into your mind as you do your body.
