Egoless versus the ego driven focused misplaced 

Torn between a hard and soft place 

What is this place? Some call reality

What is this place? Created disparity 

Running still trying to escape

But escape ourselves never

The race will never end

The fight will never end until we stop running

The want will never cease until we stop yearning 

Chasing after a high that already exists inside

Is it not all in the mind 

You create your own reality 

Angry, happiness, joy or misery

A state of mind is it not
