Sometimes all we need is a little reminder, to remind us of how strong we really are.
When we are going through a rough patch or faced with a difficult situation, we have a tendency to forget that we’ve faced tougher situations and challenges in the past.

All it takes is a trigger, we should be tapping into our past experiences and drawing strength from them.
Think about all you have ever overcome from breakups and deaths to job losses.
