We have to train our minds to see the good in every situation no matter what it is.
Take a breather, we literally need to stop and breathe. Before we react we should take a minute to think. Think before we speak, think before we react. Take an extra minute to just think and analyse the situation. This can make all the difference.
In this minute of silence we become aware. It is in this moment, that we can then make the conscious decision to see the good in the situation. By doing this we will now approach it with a different mindset creating a totally different outcome, compared to if we had just reacted with out this conscious reasoning.
Our subconscious mind is in control of out automatic responses and behaviours but we can communicate to it, we can reprogram it via our conscious mind.
Always take an extra minute to allow your consciousness to kick in.
