Life is what we make it

Life is what we make it, we can either wait for this amazing life to happen to us or we can go out there and create it.

It’s us who determines the life we live? Not our friends or family, or any other outside factor. We have to create the moments we want to live.

I choose to be happy, I choose to enjoy my life no matter what I’m doing, I choose to try and always look on the bright side of life. It’s a mindset. We all have a choice when it comes to the mindset we adopt. A point comes when we have to abandon or unlearn anything that doesn’t serve us.

Anything that doesn’t add value to your life has no place in your life.

It is us who decides the life we want to live, live doesn’t happen to us unless we decide to sit back and allow it to dictate to us. We can all choose to live a life directed and governed by ourselves, a life according to how you see fit.

I see a happy life, a life filled with peace, love and gratitude and that exactly the life I’m living.

Live your best life.

  1. This is my current battle “A point comes when we have to abandon or unlearn anything that doesn’t serve us.” I fall back into this pattern so often and it’s not until I’m breaking down, that I’m made aware of what’s not serving me.

I really have to speak this when I wake up and before I go to sleep. I am adding this to my posted note on my dashboard😍”I see a happy life, a life filled with peace, love and gratitude and that exactly the life I’m living.” I thank God for supplying with what i need when i need it which is the wisdom from this post😭 Bless you #umymentornow 😆
